The Wholesome Crave Mission
Chef Michel Nischan co-founded the groundbreaking nonprofit Wholesome Wave in 2007 to end food and nutrition insecurity in America. He then founded Wholesome Crave in 2018 to provide delicious, nutritious meals that support a healthier planet and equitable access to wholesome food. Every bowl is a step toward a more sustainable and just food future with a portion of each sale directly supporting the systems-change work of Wholesome Wave. Together, we leverage the power of food to make the world a healthier, more vibrant, and more equitable home for all.
