We've had the tomato basil and the Santa Fe tortilla soup, which are also very good. The Chana Masala is spot on for full flavor and richness without feeling heavy. Plant-based is such a bonus post-holiday recovery! Definitely include this in your next purchase.

This chili really is amazing! I'd usually prefer a meat based chili but this one has changed my mind. it has just as much flavor if not more and is nice and hearty but isn't as heavy as traditional chili.

We all loved the Chana Masala Cauliflower Soup! The packaging was awesome and the frozen soup is easy to stack in the freezer with minimal packaging. One of us is a vegan and two of us are over 87!

This dish brings together the best of what Italian agriculture has to offer! Almost anything the Italians grow seems to have been invented there – like the tomato (even though it originated in Central America). The same goes for beans, mushrooms, and ancient grains like farro. All of these delicious health powerhouses come together in our Tuscan Bean and Mushroom soup.
Creole cooking can be a bit of a challenge for people who are completely plant-based. But not here! Here, I use my crispy-baked tofu method to replace the role of the shrimp. The combination of pressing the tofu dry, then coating it with the creole-seasoned cornstarch mix makes for a flavorful and satisfying alternative to shrimp.
